Despite claims by TMZ and various tabloids that Lil Wayne was in a coma after suffering from uncontrollable seizures, he tweeted to fans late Friday saying he was alright.

The 30 year-old rapper whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter was meant to have fallen ill after suffering multiple seizures whilst shooting Nicki Minaj's new single, High School on Tuesday.

Back in October, the chart-topper was reported to have suffered from the same seizure onboard a flight from Texas to LAX which keeps us wondering why he keeps suffering from this condition considering the fact that he was never known to be an epileptic before the first incident last October.
