Son Killed Mother and Hid Body for 10 Years

Dr. Chimezie Osigwe, 64, is a  retired school principal of Awa Community Secondary School, Ejemekwuru in Oguta local government area of Imo State. He not only allegedly killed his mother, he was said to have also dried her remains and stored them in a cupboard in a room that  allegedly served as his shrine!

The 78-year old mother, Mrs. Lucy Osigwe, reportedly went missing sometime in 2003, some 10 years ago! There was no clue whatsoever about her where-abouts.

Dr. Osigwe lived in a dilapidated house. He had no fleet of cars and estates. Some members of his Ejemekwuru community said he was a recluse. Nobody understood his ways. Everything surrounding him suggested abject poverty!

Two stories were told about how the remains of his allegedly missing mother were found. One of the stories had it that a  relation of the man was not particularly happy that Osigwe was reluctant to settle his indebtedness to him and decided to search his house to help himself with whatever he  could lay his hands on.


But instead of finding cash, the young boy allegedly stumbled on the old woman’s remains and  narrated the story to other relations who then  mobilized and stormed Osigwe’s shrine where the boy’s story was  allegedly confirmed.

The 12 are said to have been engaging in s3x with a dog while the camera was on.

Previous research has found that just a few minutes of training at an intensity approaching your maximum capacity produces molecular changes within muscles comparable to those of several hours of running or bike riding.

Interval training, though, requires intervals. The scientists who devised this new workout say that to get the maximum benefits the extremely intense activity must be intermingled with brief periods of recovery.

In the program outlined by Mr. Jordan and his colleagues, this recovery is provided in part by a 10-second rest between exercises. This rest is extended by alternating the muscles used in each  exercise.

During eat set of exercises, the unexercised muscles have a moment to ‘catch their breath’, which makes the order of the exercises important.
The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each.

But to get maximum benefits the intensity must hover at around and eight on what they term as the discomfort scale of 1 to 10.
Mr Jordan says that the seven minutes should beunpleasant.
he upside is, after seven minutes, you’re done.

Police were called to Kelly's home at around 4.30pm local time on Wednesday, soon after he was taken to Atlanta Medical Centre.
Kelly - half of the rap duo famous for the hit song Jump was pronounced dead at 5pm.
As yet there is no official confirmation of the cause of death but Cpl Kay Lester, a spokeswoman for the Fulton County police said: 'It appears it may have been a possible drug overdose.'
An autopsy is due to be held on Thursday.

Boston Marathon Bombings: Suspects Identified

The two Boston bomb suspects have been named by reports as Chechnyan brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

The Associated Press named Dzhokhar, who is still at large, while the New York Times cited unnamed law enforcement officials in its report on Tamerlan.

It has been reported that the two suspects are from Chechnya and had lived in the US for at least one year.

A photograph showing the surviving suspect leaving the scene emerged on Friday morning. It shows the man - wearing a white cap and dark clothing - walking away from the carnage of Monday's explosions.

Earlier, the FBI and Boston police released new pictures of the two suspects, who investigators had described as "armed and dangerous".

Teen Charged In Rape Of 87-Year-Old Woman

A Flint teen, 18-year-old Denzel Berry, has been charged for sexually assaulting an 87-year-old woman.

Genesee County Prosecutor David Layton said it’s one of the most heinous cases of rape he’s ever had to review.

“It’s pretty despicable when you have a 17-year-old criminally, sexually assaulting an 87-year-old,” said Layton. “I can’t say I’ve ever had a case that met those facts before and it’s just pretty disgusting.”

The victim said she was knocked to the ground from behind – her groceries scattering to the floor before she was attacked. She was then robbed of the money in her purse and her home was ransacked for jewelry.

If convicted, the sex assault charge alone could put Berry in prison for life.

Berry, who would have been 17 at the time of the alleged crime,  is also charged with home invasion and unarmed robbery.
